Highlights
Inborn Errors of Immunity or IEI are a heterogeneous group of inherited disorders of the immune system which may manifest as an increased susceptibility to infection or as autoimmunity, auto-inflammation and malignancy. Many of the symptoms are common that we come across in regular Pediatric practice but the recurrence of common disorders with unusual severity is the clue to common manifestations of rare diseases. Identification and diagnosis of such cases is essential to prevent morbidity and mortality in such patients.
