7 stations, 30 minutes each — interactive, video-driven, and model-based:
- Hands-On Training: Master red reflex testing in newborns, basic torchlight exams for common birth anomalies (e.g., white pupil, tearing issues, eye misalignment).
- Interactive Learning: Sessions, videos, and case scenarios covering normal visual milestones, simple vision testing techniques, prevalent pediatric eye conditions, referral criteria, and cutting-edge advancements in management.
