Award Paper Guidelines
Part II – Specific Guidelines for Award Papers
Last date for submission: 30th September 2026
Award Paper submissions must satisfy the General Abstract Submission Guidelines in addition to the specific requirements below.
1. Eligibility
- As per Central IAP Award Rules.
- Original work from previous five years.
- First author must be the presenter.
- Age and publication rules strictly applicable.
2. Full Paper Requirements
- Maximum 2500 words limit.
- Formatted as per Indian Pediatrics guidelines.
- Blinded manuscript + separate title page.
- Maximum four tables and two figures.
3. Required Documents
- Full Paper & Structured Abstract.
- Official Declaration Form.
- Institutional Certification.
- IEC Approval & COI Declaration.
4. Review & Presentation
- Review Process: Blinded peer review by judges nominated by Central IAP.
- Presentation Duration: 10 minutes.
- Discussion Duration: 3 minutes.
Conversion of Award Papers
Non-selected Award Papers may, with author consent, be considered for Free Paper or E-Poster without resubmission.
