Part IV – Specific Guidelines for E-Posters

Last date for submission: 30th September 2026

E-Poster submissions must satisfy the General Abstract Submission Guidelines in addition to the specific requirements below.

1. Scope & Eligibility

  • Case reports and interesting case presentations.
  • Original research and clinical studies.
  • Audits and quality improvement projects.
  • Educational innovations.
  • Interesting image-based observations.
  • Public health projects.

2. Technical Specifications

  • Abstract Word Limit: Maximum 300 words.
  • Presentation Mode: Accepted abstracts shall be presented orally.
  • Duration: Specific time allotment will be notified by the Scientific Committee.

3. Display & Assessment Criteria

  • Digital Display: Accepted E-Posters shall be displayed digitally throughout the conference.
  • Jury Evaluation: Presenting authors shall remain available during scheduled jury evaluation slots.
  • Assessment Parameters: Evaluation shall consider Originality, Scientific Merit, Visual Clarity, Discussion, and Clinical Relevance.
Important Reminder for E-Posters
Ensure all high-resolution figures maintain legibility at 14 pt minimum font size. Authors must be present at their assigned digital terminals during jury evaluation.
